Training Program

Sending churches prepare workers, but reaching restricted-access places requires additional tools.

Specialized Missions Training

Healthy church planting among unreached language groups requires workers who are well-equipped before they are sent. Sending churches play the primary role in preparing workers through biblical teaching, theological training, discipleship, and local church involvement.

However, the work of planting churches in difficult and least-access places often requires additional preparation. Workers may need specialized training in culture and language acquisition, cross-cultural communication, access to closed regions, orthography development, and Bible translation.

GSI comes alongside sending churches by helping identify these practical training needs and encouraging churches to require specialized missions training for workers preparing to serve among unreached language groups.

Equipping Workers for the Task

Specialized missions training helps prepare workers to communicate clearly, learn language deeply, serve wisely across cultures, and labor toward the long-term goal of seeing healthy churches established.
