Member Equipping – Serve in the Sending Church
Equipping members to be sent to plant a healthy church begins at home as your member serve in your church. This preparation can be achieved through the oversight of pastors and elders implementing specific pipelines to equip their members in teaching, discipleship, theology, and cross-cultural training for overseas contexts.
E2 – Sending Church & Agency Authentic Partnership
The sending church and agency enter a long-term partnership to send and continuing equipping their member in overseas work. Together, we train and keep their member accountable in national language learning and survey work among unengaged language groups. In each step, the goal – to see a healthy church planted in an unengaged people group – stays in focus.
E3 – Planting a Healthy Church
At this stage, your member will learn a unreached language, start a business, develop Bible teaching resources, teach reading and writing, translate the Scripture, teach Biblical truth, and much more. Qualified consultants – within the agency and the sending church – will come alongside your member at each juncture, pointing forward to establishing a healthy church in that previously unengaged people group.
