Job Summary/Primary Role:

The Research Specialist will join a team that supports GSI’s International Leadership and church planting teams abroad with crucial data analyst with key indicators which help navigate which potential people groups still need a gospel witness.

Essential Functions and Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Analyze data through multiple sources to compile a people group profile for organizational initiatives
• Help shape strategy for future research team development.
• Research as needed for projects
• Travel as assigned by Leadership team (domestically or occasional international) for personal development, participation in workshops, or conferences.
• Other duties as assigned.
