The Executive Board establishes the vision, direction, and core values of the organization, ensuring alignment with its mission to reach unreached language groups. They provide high-level governance, make key strategic decisions, and offer accountability for the organization’s leadership and financial stewardship. Their guidance ensures long-term impact and sustainability in church planting efforts worldwide.
The International Leadership Team (ILT) implements, directs, and provides oversight derived from the Executive Boards mission goals and values. They collaborate with team leads, offering strategic support and guidance for those that are entering E3 and church planting and engagement in unreached language groups.
The US Leadership Team leads and supports the organization’s efforts within the United States, focusing on mobilization, strategic partnerships, and operational stability. They work to connect churches, donors, and mission partners with global initiatives while ensuring strong organizational infrastructure.
The Church Relations Team builds and strengthens partnerships with churches, helping them understand and engage with the mission of reaching unreached language groups. They provide resources, training, and opportunities for churches to participate in prayer, support, and on-the-ground efforts. Their goal is to inspire and equip churches to take an active role in global church planting.
The Finance and Benefits Team manages the organization’s financial operations, ensuring responsible stewardship of funds and compliance with financial policies. They oversee budgeting, donor contributions, and staff benefits to support the well-being of workers abroad.
The Business Team develops and supports sustainable business initiatives that create access and long-term stability for church planting efforts. They help establish businesses that create pathways for ministry in restricted or challenging areas.
The Education Team focuses on providing support and care for children of staff who are studying abroad. They coordinate with families, offer educational resources, and assist with cultural adjustment to help children thrive academically and personally.
The Hospitality Team is responsible for organizing and managing events and gatherings stateside, ensuring a welcoming and seamless experience for all guests. They coordinate logistics, handle venue arrangements, and oversee catering and guest services, creating an environment of warmth and hospitality. Their work fosters connection and engagement, whether for donor events, staff retreats, or partner gatherings, strengthening relationships and support for the organization’s mission.
The Member Care team is dedicated to supporting the emotional and spiritual, well-being of all staff and missionaries within the organization. They provide resources, counseling, and regular check-ins to ensure that team members are equipped to handle the challenges of cross-cultural work. By fostering a strong support system, they help prevent burnout and promote long-term resilience, allowing staff to continue their work with strength and vitality.
The Contingency Team prepares for and responds to crises, ensuring the safety and continuity of the organization’s work in challenging environments. They develop risk management plans, provide care support, and equip teams to navigate political, health, and security threats.
The Communications Team shares the vision, impact, and needs of the organization with supporters, churches, and partners. They create and distribute content through various channels, including newsletters, social media, and reports, to inspire engagement and advocacy.
The Administration Team provides essential organizational support to ensure smooth operations across all teams. They handle logistics, coordination, and internal processes, enabling field workers and leadership to focus on their mission.
The Research Team gathers and analyzes data on unreached language groups, assessing linguistic, cultural, and socio-economic factors that impact church planting efforts. They provide critical insights to guide strategic decision-making and resource allocation. Their work ensures that efforts are directed toward the most effective and impactful engagement.
