Our Approach

Having a goal of seeing a healthy church established in a unengaged people group requires a long-term vision. We desire to come alongside sending churches and their fieldworkers, as an authentic and faithful partner, at each stage to keep them accountable to the task at hand.

Multiplication of a Healthy Church* (Acts 1:8)

“E” stands for equipping, which is the idea that even when our workers finish training and are on the field they never stop learning.
Language Evaluations are the check points before moving on to each phase. A workers cannot move on to the next level of BEC, translation, etc. until they reach the appropriate language level.
BEC is a field-tested language learning curriculum used by all of our workers, which is designed for maximum fluency, with our specific goals of teaching and translation in mind.
TVAC is the Town and Village Assessment Criteria, a framework used to assess the viability of a certain area for a church-planting work.
PG simply stands for people group.
At every stage our Global Outreach team will be there to equip and come alongside your worker. They work closely with our Church Relations team and Field Leadership teams to connect our workers to the myriad of resources and consultancy teams that are available to them.
